Ajaib Bhadare is the founder and Chairman of Billa Management. Ajaib is also founder and director Poppy Bank. Prior to Billa Management, Ajaib was the founder of Cerent, Inc which was later acquired by Cisco Systems. Ajaib graduated from the University of London with a degree in engineering in 1980.

Dilraj Bhadare is the President of Billa Management. Prior to Billa Management, Dilraj worked as a technology private equity investor at Morgan Stanley and True Wind Capital. Dilraj graduated from UC Berkeley in 2011.
